Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js. As a Junior Frontend Developer, you will work closely with the Senior Frontend Developers on various projects, implementing new features, testing and debugging code, and collaborating with other teams.
Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to implement new features
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Test and debug code to ensure proper functionality
- Optimize website performance and ensure the best possible user experience
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in frontend technology and make recommendations for improvements
Skills :
- HTML/CSS: The ability to write clean and efficient HTML/CSS code is a fundamental requirement for any frontend developer.
- JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript is important for adding interactivity and dynamic functionality to web pages.
- Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with popular front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and jQuery can be very helpful.
- Responsive Design: Understanding how to create responsive designs that adapt to different screen sizes is crucial for building modern websites.
- Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems like Git and understanding of collaboration workflows using Github or Bitbucket.
- Testing and Debugging: Ability to test and debug frontend code effectively is a critical component of being a successful frontend developer.
- UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of designing user interfaces, user experience principles, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Prototyping tools - proficiency in prototyping tools like Axure, Sketch etc.
