Overview:
The Business Development & Research Associate - Intern will play a critical role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our organization. This position is responsible for conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and developing relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to assist in developing business strategies.
- Assist in preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
- Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-up on leads.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the organization and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services.
- Track and report on sales and marketing metrics to measure performance.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Prior experience in business development, marketing, or sales preferred.
